Very brilliant and clear quartz crystal point collected at the Pinesburg Quarry at Williamsport, Maryland. This crystal is very similar to those found in Herkimer, New York. The Herkimers are referred to as Herkimer diamonds because, when faceted, they can give the appearance of a quality diamond. This crystal will facet into a beautiful gemstone.
